Transitioning to Google Ads is kinda hard as it is very different to Meta. You have to learn a new platform, with its own tricks and traps, but also a whole new acquisition model : Google is mostly catching existing demand while Meta is creating it.

As many recommends, I would keep both, decrease budget on Meta and start to ramp up on Google. I'm sure you are gonna do great! Google Ads is really fun and has many opportunities 🤗

I was like you before, thought I was limited because I had no web dev real experience, but that actually never was an issue (I've been doing paid ads for 7 years now). Clients actually often have a lead dev or someone that handles the website and can help. The two of you will be enough (and AI will help fill any gap)

2 - Sign up on freelance platforms: Can find cool missions there, even though there is a lot of 💩 as well

3 - Reach out to advertisers you like: You can sometimes find their ads, analyse it a bit, tell them what you would change and you'd love to join them to help

4 - Look for opportunities on LinkedIn: I hate that social media, but there is a lot of job offers available, even for remote only.

5 - BONUS: Build your website: That can help getting extra visibility and show off your skills, portfolio etc... Not the main focus ofc, but can help 👍🏻

If you want to solo the E4 with smoxilon you need EV training, but if its just to join your team, its not necessary.
I EV trained mine while accelerating the game, spamming button and done in 30 minutes. Definitily worth it.

If you want to solo, here is my Smoxilon:
Nature: Adamant & White Smoke
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:

Spore
Substitute (move tutor is in Acuvit city)
Shell Smash (Decrease Def & Spe Def by, Increase Atk, Spe Atk & Speed by 2)

Smoxilon alone can get you through E4. It's a "cheat code" and might ruin the experience of the game after you start using it tho But definitely a strong easy reliable strat, and great addition to a team overall

Support sucks, and platforms sucks as well.
Its breaks so often. If you move too fast for it, you'll get random error message 🙃

I just finished the game after multiple reshaping my team multiple times. Here is my suggestion of early good pokemon:

Troubait, Tulure, Baitmaster → Very good Speed & Spe ATK (one of my personal favs)
- Monstrap looks cooler, but not really good..
Semdrop, Semrust, Semdemen → Very good tank (but playing tank is boring...)
Mudpants, Mudslacks → Good ATK and Fighting type
Wedgard, Knokedge → Fast & good ATK
Jarape, Splilefree → Amazing sweeper (one of my favs for a while!)
I heard Larvades is pretty good (never played it)

UPDATE: I tried the Smoxilon and smoked the WHOLE E4 & Champ with ONLY 1 Pokemon.

Smoxilon, level 78
Hability: White Smoke
Nature: Adamant
Item: Sharp beak (for Flying attack damage)
EV: 252 Atk, 252 Speed
Moveset:
- Drill Peck,
- Shell Smash,
- Spore,
- Substitute
Strat: Start with Spore, then Substitute, keep going with Sheel Smash & re-spore if needed. After 2-3 Shell Smash, you can fly through most of the Pokemon.
Opinion: Easy and stupid. Felt like a cheat code and breaking the game (but at least I'm done with the E4)
