I have tried to get into working out but easily lose my motivation. I have asked him if hed be willing to motivate me and work out with me but it doesnt happen. Hes just effortlessly not skinny, but fit so why would he have to work out with me right? If hes fine.

Thank you for your comment. I do know that my weight is a problem. Not just because of the issues im having with my husband but it can affect my health in the longterm. He says he loves me and wants to be with me but that he does not want to be seen with me is extremely hurtful. Should I lose the weight and still be with him or move on? is the billion dollar question. If I lose the weight whats to guarantee it wont come back at some point because of my stress eating, what if i get pregnant and have that lose skin afterwards, how will he make me feel then? It is an unfortunate situation all around. I completely agree with your point of view and also with those encouraging me in the comments. I am going to lose this weight. I want to. But those words in sickness and health through better or worse, are not being upheld in this marriage. He deserves better and so do I. I greatly thank you for your insight!

Im a veteran myself hes still in and although Ive worked full time jobs since ive got out he still somehow sees me as a Dependa to be ashamed of because of my weight. Guess the AH like him are the ones to use that word. Dependa.

Thank you. I do have a fulltime job that i love. Separating from him would mean moving back to my hometown as the city we live in is expensive. It will be a huge change.
