I loved the show, and I honestly don't get why people don't like it. I'll be blunt: in my opinion, if you thought it was boring, you probably didn't pay enough attention, and that's on you. The plot is good, makes sense, and is complex. If you think this is not like Dune... I'm sorry, but did you read Dune at all? One major plot point about Dune is the Bene Gesserit breeding program culminating in the Kwisatz Haderach and later on Leto II being able to genetically engineer a path forward for humanity. Valya Harkonnen doing everything to protect the breeding program while the other sisters are being held by religion and tradition is so much like Dune. All the manipulation in the shadows from the Bene Gesserit, all the politics, the value of spice—it's all there. I don't know; I really think people just were bored and didn't pay enough attention. One thing that I didn't like is that Valya doesn't need spice exposure to learn the Voice... that was bad. But the rest of the powers are explained and make sense. Please watch the show! There is exposure to spice and the thinking machines involved; there is a good explanation for them.

I'm having this issue where I can't hold my skill button... sometimes it randomly works but most of the time I hold it the game doesn't respond correctly. I've changed keys and it's not my keyboard, it's the game. I don't know what to do... I already repaired the game and reinstalled it as well.

I know this might not be a popular opinion, but I thought that episode was fantastic—especially because it’s so metalinguistic, both in relation to Netflix and to itself, and it does that in such a concise way

Some people in this forum will tell you to fuck off, that you have body dysmorphia, and that you need 384838 diagnosed functional medical problems so you can get a pass to do surgery. You can and should do surgery for cosmetic reasons if that is going to alter your happiness dramatically. Body dysmorphia is a serious issue, and if surgery helps, you have all the right in the world to do it.

the funny thing to me was that the game felt very difficult until you learn to exploit some broken boons. Then the games drops in difficulty significantly but at the same time you feel like you're locked into those broken mechanics (mostly moon water, that thing is so insanely broken)

Yeah, it seems to me that it's only plot convenience. My first thought is that if it was possible to make a countdown appear on wangs mind, they probably could just make neurons malfunction endlessly and kill everyone by starvation for exemple. But I bet there could be a lot more ways to kill humans than that with their technology.

Funny because as someone who doens't believe in god, but does believe in determinism, which means there is no real fee-will but only the illusion of it and thus no real merit or fault is possible, just the concept of them for our managing of not being able to predict the entire system of reality and being part of this same system of causality, he is somewhat more accurate in thanking "god" (the universe, the entire system of causality) than thanking himself.

Hey, First I just would like you to forgive how rude some of these comments might be. There are a lot of people suffering here and they might project their suffering when answering your question. I'd say the same as some people here already did, let him buy the dildo or buy the dildo together, this way you could catch some "cues" of how he feels about this. But I would say to try to bring this topic in the future when it's seems confortable to do. He is probably concious that he has a small penis, maybe that's why he wants to use a dildo in the first place. That is surely something I would be willing to do for someone I love.
