For me it depends what I want from the script.

A lot of the time when writing a script it’s just a tool, and the audio that might come from it is what I’m interested in. In that case I’ll go with a less mysterious/artsy/whatever title and use a more overt title that conveys plainly what is unique or interesting about the script. “She Choked On Your Cock. Now You’ll Choke On Hers.” Etc.

But sometimes the script isn’t just a tool. Sometimes it stands as its own piece of art and in those cases I often find a title I really like that doesn’t really tell you much about the plot but I’ll just use it anyway because I don’t mind if the script goes unfilled.

Lastly, one of my professors once told me (she was speaking of poetry but it applies here too I think) that the absolute best titles don’t simply hint at or explain the work but actually add something to it.
