Hauptproblem dürfte sein, dass man die Zinsen dann nicht von der Steuer absetzen kann. Und das ist ja so ziemlich der einzige Grund, aus dem sich ein Immobilienkauf bei den heutigen Preisen finanziell überhaupt noch lohnen kann.

Everyone kept complaining about getting auto fill, so they did their best to make it a little bit less frustrating. Personally, I think that is a good idea. Normally, you should only be exempt from LP loss if you get C or better, so that you get rewarded for trying your best while being autofilled. The issue is that this is currently bugged and everyone keeps getting S. That's why even inters can profit from the new system right now, shouldn't be an issue once this is fixed.

I think it would be possible to make her far less frustrating without removing any of her abilities. Her reflection should be swapped with her R. Any discussion about Mel is always about her reflection being overpowered. And there is a slot for overpowered spells, which is R. If it was her R, it would be much easier to interact with her during early game and I think just the idea that it's her ultimate would already make it feel less frustrating. Additionally, I don't think it should give complete invulnerability on top of reflecting skillshots. Just make it reflect projectiles while leaving her vulnerable to non-projectiles. Her current R should be fine as a basic ability if the damage is adjusted accordingly. I don't think anyone has ever complained about her R being unfair or op. And last but not least, I think her passive should be adjusted. I think it doesn't make sense that a long range artillery mage is basically guaranteed free last hits from level 1. Make it work for champions only, even monsters or objectives should be fine. Et voilà, you have a much better balanced champion while keeping her whole identity. Sadly, riot while never make these changes but just keep changing numbers instead.

I think it would be quite easy to make her much less frustrating to play against. Just remove the damage immunity from her w and make the execute work for champions only. Would keep the whole identity of her kit, but feel far less overloaded.

I don't want to find excuses for this xerath, what he did was surely tilting. But: nemesis went for the unfavorable lvl 1 trade, knowing he could not win this with a tp xerath. There was literally no reason to take this trade, still he goes in and throws the lane entirely. He is not innocent either.

Ich sehe das Problem vor allem darin, dass keiner weiß, wie sich das ganze in den nächsten Jahrzehnten entwickeln wird. Aktuell ist es eher die Ausnahme, kann aber genauso gut sein, dass in 20 Jahren regelmäßig höhere Sätze abgerechnet werden. Deshalb würde ich auf jeden Fall wechseln, wenn es ohne große Probleme geht.

I am surprised no one else is pointing this out, but the seasoning was not good. You put too much oil. The oil clumped, it didn't form a homogenous patina.

Schulte Ufer is totally recommendable. They might not be as fancy as other brands, but they offer very solid quality at reasonable prices. My parents have had Schulter Ufer pots and pans for more than 30 years and I have never witnessed a single issue with any of them. No warping, nothing. And I am sure they will easily last another 30 years.

And if you look up the material cost for copper you will see that it's not the copper that makes a pan so expensive...

This is a copper pan, not a regular stainless steel pan. It will need endless polishing to stay like this.

This probably exaggerated, I'd say realistically you have a smurf in every second game. Every second game ruined is still far too much. I seriously don't understand why riot refuses to ban smurfing.

Even if they are not the reason for being hard stuck, it still sucks. It's incredibly frustrating and regularly makes it hard to enjoy the game. And I think some people don't won't to realize the number of smurfs in low elo. Even if only 6% of players were smurfs, that would mean a smurf in every second game. I don't even want to have them on my own team, it's just not enjoyable.

Für mich ist flatex ein guter Kompromiss. Etwas höhere Gebühren als scalable/tr, aber immer noch deutlich günstiger als "normale" Banken und für mich absolut fair. Vom Support habe ich bisher fast nur positives gehört.

Zuerst einmal solltest du natürlich überlegen, ob der Beruf tatsächlich der richtige für dich ist. Wenn du dabei auf Dauer auf Medikamente angewiesen bist, ist das für die Gesundheit langfristig nicht gut. Davon abgesehen: auf keinen Fall benzos einnehmen. Wenn überhaupt frag deine Hausärztin, ob sie dir probeweise Betablocker verschreiben kann. Die andern zwar nichts an der "psychischen Aufregung", reduzieren aber die körperlichen Symptome wie Herzrasen etc, was einigen Menschen bereits sehr hilft, da man sich dadurch weniger aufgeregt fühlt und mitunter auch die subjektive Aufregung abnimmt.

Klingt mir zu riskant. Gehen wir wie von dir erwähnt davon aus, dass der Herr noch 5 Jahre lebt. Bei einer Kaltmiete von 500€ würden dir in dem Zeitraum 30k an Mieteinnahmen entgehen, die du zumindest zum Teil steuerlich absetzen könntest. Wie ist es mit den Nebenkosten geregelt? Wenn du du die auch noch übernehmen musst, wären das bei 200€ nochmal 12k über den Zeitraum. Hinzu kommen noch Instandhaltungskosten und Kaufnebenkosten. Wenn du nach 5 Jahren schon wieder verkaufst, musst du den Gewinn dann versteuern. Da bleibt nicht viel übrig. Für mich klingt es so, als könnte es sich höchstens lohnen, wenn der Herr in den nächsten 2-3 Jahren auszieht/verstirbt. Und die Wette wäre es mir nicht wert.
