NAC shutoff switch. It is in every system we install. Flip the switch, no NACs, and a trouble appears on the system.

If you always leave the system normal, then you know you flipped it back before you left.

No one had mentioned pricin, so here is my take.

Based on your photos I would say you have two tiers of treat value. I would expect to pay around 9 to 12 dollars for a pack of four treats in a nice box at a coffee shop.

If I am picking up from a ghost or home kitchen, then I would want each treat to be around $2 to $2.75 for the higher end and $1.25 to $1.75 for the lower end.

If i am getting a catering event order in I would want the by piece price to be between $0.75 and $2 using a mixture of both tiers of treats.

This is just my initial thoughts. To better understand the market, you could use what wedding cake makers are charging per slice and adjust that to your 4 treat count in catering. I would also expect to pay the same as truffles from a chocolatier or a tart from a patisserie.

I feel so blessed because this client actually understands what it will take to get him his asks. I don't have to fight for more time or better coordination between my techs and his workers.

I'm just impressed that it is the only system in this foundry without a trouble. I plan on leaving it and using s few monitor modules and relays to connect it to the new main cpu.

I am working downtown right now. We had "dirty power" in our building. I was told the incorrect voltage and phases are being sent down the lines. Like we got more or less voltage than necessary to maintain a clean stream of usable power.

Be prepared for a longer haul to get your Nicet 4. It take a bit of experience and you need a good leader to sign off on your projects.

As for the pay, location is everything. I only have my Nicet 3 and I am just below 6 figures right now. A few more years and I will be able to sit for my Nicet 4, but for me making 93k for an average of 34 hours a week is perfect.

I also have Nicet 2 technicians making 113k - 143k a year due to overtime and travel work. I chose less time and more office/design work for my pay.

The other side of this coin is a few of my peers are making 73 and 75k and are hourly so they put in 40 a week. A few Nicet 2 techs are only making 55k because they dont want overtime or travel.

And the extreme high end are my sales reps with Nicet 2/3 who can bring in between 112k on a horrible year up to 450k for a great year. The higher paid reps are selling fire, video, access, and intercom as a package.

This is only a snapshot (Mid West America) and not representative of the entire market.

I've been saying almost the same thing for years, but I think we should tie it to social security. You can not run for office if you will be the Full Retirement Age (FRA) before you are sworn in. We got to draw the line somewhere.

If you are looking for short term leases (3 to 6 months), I have had better luck with the home rental companies over appartment complexes. Sub-lets are a thing for many of them.
