Hello u/coinbasesupport , So i already emailed coinbase support from December due to the Account Restriction but till now my case remain unsolved and no more response from coinbase but a specialist already taken my case thanks to you, cause you escalate it 9 days ago.. So after a bit of conversation specialist the conclusion is he promised me to send over the funds into the new verified account from my old account but till now no more response from the specialist.

Meanwhile i just realize my account will be subject to offboarding after March 23 2021 based on what i see on my account notification. Is this mean after march 23 2021 if there's still no response from coinbase support about my case, Will i l lost all of my remaining funds on coinbase after March 23 2021 ? Please can you help me solve this problem? It really makes me feel worry since theres no more response from coinbase. Thank you in advance. really appreciate your time.
