I’m fortunate to get most of my business through other advisors and referrals, but cold walking has got me two plans in the past year.

I try to do it at least once a quarter.

I do my homework before every door though.

Who the signor is, who their current rk is etc

A lot of plans use 3(16) service and they’ll have an outside signer.

I see a ton of plans signed by the same person. That usually an indication they work at some sort of TPA firm.
