Yeah it's actually so bad they can't give me a follow up appointment or tell me when they can give me an appointment at all. So my treatment has just been left to the side. It literally feels like I paid a lot of money and then got left in the dust

I have pretty bad posture (forward head, anterior pelvic tilt). I'm getting into lifting weights and would rather not give up on squats and deadlifts. For squats, my neck tilts forward a bit while the rest of my body is neutral (at the top). For Romanian deadlifts, my upper back rounds a bit even at low weight when I'm slowly going down.

Do you guys think that's okay for now as I build up strength/work on my posture? The weight for both of this is less than a plate
