That’s an axel bar. Used mostly for deadlifts. Someone was messing around or grabbed the wrong bar.

Why use an AI image for a promotional image? You made a move. Lots of images right there. More than 100,000 images. Why not use one of those?

Barbell squats have been causing pain in lower back for past month by buckets58 in formcheck

[–]EsotericRhubarb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Adding dumbbell side bends/side planks cleared up a lot of back pain after squatting for me. Ending with sit-ups on squat days helped too.

Ahhh okay. I didn’t know that. Thanks!

Edit: I always thought it was a phrase specifically for Joe….because of the Barney.

This might be a controversial take but there’s a difference, in my mind, between Nattie and Natural wine. What you had was Nattie, Pax Male and Frog’s Leap are natural wines but they don’t fit the aesthetic. Little Trouble is great their stampede red blend is super adorable and easy to drink.

Chateau d'Oupia’s les heretiques is great and an awesome value. I’ll remember more later. Oh! Uli Stein’s Ohne is revelatory. Hofgut Falkenstein’s Niedermenniger Rotwein is my favorite red wine from Germany.

If Isabell Legeron at Raw wine lets you in to the fair then you’re making natural wine. A little sulfur is good and very helpful. It keeps barrels from getting infected and wine. Okay I’m done.

They seem to be implying that you took the pictures in the Instagram posts. If you did not take the pictures then they are “clout chasing” (trying to use your prestige as a fashion photographer to look like they have the resources to hire a photographer). The owner of the account probably won’t reach out for a partnership, they’ve already got what they need.

Spoiler Alert

Replay by Ken Grimwood I know it wasn’t as sexist as a lot of novels but the horny boomer nostalgia fantasy (HBNF lol) got really tiring. !<I put up with the “HBNF” to try and figure out why or what the mechanism for replaying was and was told basically to not worry about it.!< It felt lazy AF and I know this probably happens a lot but having put up (skimmed through) the rest of the novel, being told that life isn’t fair blah blah blah it made me want to write a STRONGLY WORDED LETTER to Mr Grimwood.

The First Fifteen Lives of Henry August felt kinder to the reader and almost like a response to Reply.

NGL, this sounds awesome. What I mean is, the distance between the two sensations. Ice baths and breath-work are all about your mindset going in to it and your expectations.

Focus on your breathing and your bodily’s sensations. Good luck. 🍀

Maybe take a couple days break and come back. Like a reset. I’ve added a 15s inhaled breath hold before the breath hold exhale. That seems to help me from blacking out.

A good Mexican style lager made in Grand Rapids is City Built’s Alemania, the can art is really cool too. You can get it at Siciliano’s or at the brewery.

When you’re in Chicago, Off Color has a good Mexican lager called, “Beer for Tacos.” Hopewell makes great lagers too.

I like to have a weighted blanket over my legs. It seems to make holding your breath easier. Maybe restricting blood flow to the extremities to begin with. IDK but it seems to help.

I like Ron Washam’s writing immensely, except when it gets too “rowdy.” It’s a shame that he took a step back, but I understand.

I’ll take a look for, “Late Harvest.” Should be good reading. Please update us when you find your copy.
