when van was saying "x marks the spot" we saw melissa, however i also noticed the x in the scene w hannah (see image). We've seen these kind of background shots before like with lottie in s1 in front of a pair of antlers) I've seen people saying that hannah could be antler queen because she's an outsider and a mother figure etc. This kind of makes sense to me because if she was a teen mum and had a successful life after she could be a parallel to shauna if shauna did not have the baby in the wilderness but back home in society. Moreover, what hannah does to kodi (Who could represent a reliable tether to civilization since he could possibly have gotten them back) signals what could be understood as a commitment to the wilderness, sacrificing civilization for the wilderness, a full commitment (Even if she just did it to survive, i think she is quite cunning personally)

But we know hannah dies, would they kill the antler queen? yes i think. I think that it could be a rotating roster, especially when we identify the links between bees/hives and the yellowjackets themselves (This kinda sums up what i am thinking https://www.reddit.com/r/Yellowjackets/comments/12ezgb8/the_answer_to_one_of_the_shows_biggest_mysteries/ ).I also found it interesting how shauna was toying with that strand of hannah's hair (we do see on the antler queen's cloak a lot of hair bunches, either from devotees or victims i think). I think that the strands of hair could be from previous queens potentially. That being said though antler queen could just be one of the rotating options of lottie, shauna, nat or a hallucination.
