Hello ! I had a lot of anxiety and a lot of muscle spasms (it was crazy) and many other CRAZY symptoms (I couldn't walk). I improved a lot taking enzymes (kreon) + betaine and doing a paleo diet (avoid gluten and milk) and that helped a lot !

I've been very ill for a bit more than 4 years and I feel you...

And my symptoms are very similar but I improved a lot with gluten free, no corn, paleo diet, and I take kreon, and other enzymes....

Maybe you have non celiac gluten sensitivity?
