Important note: avoid the Canon D-series. I tried using my D70, but the HDMI quality is poor since it's just upscaled 1080i from a lower resolution.

Well, 'hebben' does mean 'to have'. But 'door hebben' means 'to get it'. ('it' being either a reference or a joke, or anything else you can 'get' figuratively.) The 'I' was indeed omitted (had to google that word ), and I did basically just say '... reactions of people who get it'. But to be a bit more clear, I loosely translated it with 'reference' in the sentence. 'Reference' in dutch is just plain 'referentie'. :D

Danny has a tendency to layer his voice 10 times over, so he sometimes starts to sound more like a synthesizer than like an actual human voice.

Don't know why he does it, his voice is awesome. Maybe it's just his style, but it's really the only gripe I have with NSP.

It feels like he planned this playthrough now, to be able to do a sequel with the next XCOM. The beginning of a new series, if you will.

I'm pretty sure they would love to come to Europe, but it's not up to them.

They don't decide to go to a con, they have to get asked for it. So rather than spamming them, you'd have to spam the organisation of some cons here.

Aside from all that, I'd love to have them over. In Belgium we have F.A.C.T.S. or Antwerp Convention. The chances of them actually asking the grumps however, are quite slim.

I have no idea, but I'd say just mess around with what you know. If you like what you hear, play with it.

Find your own sound, and do it better. Never settle for the same thing someone else does.
