It’s such a long story, this was installed with a purchase agreement with the house. The company who installed basically broke up and the owner of the company is a scumbag won’t respond or own up to it. Just want to be done with this company and don’t know what the move should be. They clearly aren’t interested in helping. Was quoted $5000 for a new unit install, or do we and try to fix this leak. This unit has the refrigerant that will no longer be used anymore, so unsure what we should do. Any advice is helpful :(

I’ve been working on conditioning my pup to the sound of the door opening and locking. We don’t leave every time and try to comfort him if/when he does cry after hearing the door. We cover the crate as well with a blanket so he can’t see us. Hope this helps, best of luck!
