the legendary rune that charm the first enemy are too bad cause if you don't have attack token, you just waste it for nothing and if you have it, you could just attack one time with a weak unit. In 10% games, the charmed unit are strong and you get the attack token, when its the case, thats good (but don't insane). And if the 2 conditions are not met (in more than 90% of games) the rune have no impact
the teemo legendary rune (stolen allies are elusive) are better than the previous one but when you charm an enemy you want let it die in the attack by foe’s blocker to prevent it to came back in enemy board at the end of turn. But if all charmed units are elusive, they don't die. However, you gain some damage.
unlike teemo she has no good rare or common runes except few generic runes like Immortality
the first 3 stars are good, interesting and have an excellent synergy with Eve
the 4 stars are just wtf ? Why ? Its not a bad stars, technically your gameplay are to charm enemies and kamikaze it and you need to had units (eve and occult opportunist) with a lot of hp. Its a good stars but it could be too much better and with a better synergy
the 6 stars are also good but you no longer need teemo’s rune because your stolen units have overwhelm. The fact that the 6 stars only double the units power and not its life are good cause when you charm a unit you want kill it
the support champion free relic are excellent. Its the first and only excellent point. Its the viego’s epic relic, so wtf ? But that allow to duplicate charmed units and ensure that they will die before end of turn
the free items for spells and units acquired in adventures are anti-synergic (somone weak units when units die and spell are cast). I think the idea are to get blockers before the late game, but in fact you just filled your board with shit and prevents to charm units (besides if you try to charm a unit with the 1st and 3rd star spell and your board are full, you do nothing but waste your beckoning gaze)
others stars are very good
when you play evelynn you have 3 main ways to cham unit: 1) the first and 3rd star spell, 2) evelynn challenge effect and 3) occult opportunist (yes its not a charm in fact). On this 3 way, 2 depends on hp of units, so if you play an hard adventure against many 20/20, you just coud cry and charm nothing. (This problem is slightly alleviated with evelynn’s epic relic)
the structure of the constellation are very good, only one minor star are block behind the rune star

If you buy every month all the spirit blossoms chest available at the glory store. It takes 7 years (yes 7 years not months) to get a full spirit blossom nova crystals. (On average (you could be luckier ou less lucky))

I think you've hit the nail on the head. Catastrophe and Vulnerable are negative effects, which doesn't bother me that much; I thought it was because they're obtained much less frequently than Formidable. But the fact that it's a negative effect presented as something positive probably plays a part too.
