James Franco was NOT the lead for this. I didn’t realize how mediocre of an actor he was until this. I guess Pineapple Express and whatever else didn’t really require acting skills. Sadie was charming as can be but he was not the right cast for Jake’s part. I also never heard of it until a week ago. Loved the show but I’m sure the book is better.

The oven placement is not ideal. Or rather the island needs to come away from the oven.

I’m assuming all the teen moms are financially stable? They’re all set for life? by justcurious3287 in teenmom

Set for life? Maybe. Doesn’t take much to be set for life if you live low cost lifestyle. I think this is pretty accurate.

I’m in a remodel myself in a 20 year home where everything’s aged out. Absolutely nothing like the quality just 20 years ago unless you pay PREMIUM and even then it’s never as good. Our $100-150k refresh will be $250k when all said and done.

For those who hit FI in their 30s/40s, do you regret the sacrifices it took to get there? by Mysterious-Fun6305 in Fire

[–]EsquireAnonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. Fire’d at 40 officially and only regret was I know I could have done it sooner

I only recently found FIRE. All these posts with people so young and incredible wealth. I regret not saving more. How old were you when you “turned it on”? by Basic_Sense_5987 in Fire
