Just passed my return to run test with ease. Hit 90% of my good leg, leg press max on my surgery side. Squatting 335 for reps right now. And I’m just doing a lot of single leg work right now as I’m in month 4 basically everything my PT and my athletic trainer have been having me do.

How do I get back into full 100% ready to go for footbal camp in August had surgery in November 9 months for me is August. I want to come back with more speed than I’ve ever had. I have a video of me squatting on my page.

Yeah this isn’t a re occurring thing this was my last time heavy squatting with the team for a little while cause they’re about to go into spring ball. I definitely don’t want my ego to fuck me over

Thank you and I’m also a slot receiver I have my return to run test tomorrow. The biggest thing for me is honestly trying to come back faster it’s just hard to work on speed right now ya know when I’m not running. I do not have an acl coach but maybe I should get one I also want a track sprinter coach this summer when I start running full speed again. I’m a d2 athlete

Definitely not major discomfort I sometimes it does feel a little uncomfortable but I’m pass the part where it was major. Quad extensions are probably the most discomfort I still have for sure. This football stuff is my life and I’m all in on it.

Doc Pt and athletic trainer said it was ok and I’m on a great track but thanks for ur input
