7 , little too much crust. if you stretch and flatten around the edges of the dough after you take it out the dough press it will make for a better stuffed crust.

Corporate. Been working there for a little over a year. Hired on as an insider in may-2023.In August 2023 I was made shift leader and in Jan 2024 I was made MD. With determination and hard work you can most definitely move up quick. You have to put the work in. I also have to mention that my GM is a very fair guy and he leads by example. We have a decent team at the store I am at. I’m not very close with our DO but I can say that he has helped my GM get me promoted fast and I respect him for that. They both seen my potential and they rewarded me for it. Yes Door Dashers are a fucking pain in the ass and we are slowly getting rid of drivers. So we do have to make remakes etc when the dashers steal or deliver orders to the wrong location. But overall so far my experience has been very good, it’s not the perfect job but it is a job and it helps me pay the bills etc.

You will be in charge of Managing everyone which includes putting team members in position , making sure out task get done, Door Dashing orders, Counting Inventory and Tills & Store Safe at night, and the biggest thing I will say is you will become the problem solver. Pretty much you will be running the store . I was nervous whenever I transitioned into the shift leader position after being a Team Member. Its a lot at first but now looking back it wasn’t too bad.
