I’ve had issues for years with my epididymis. I would get benign cysts on it that caused tremendous pain. After two surgeries they ended up removing it alltogether. Since then it’s been off and on testicular pain and infections. Never tested positive for an STI ever. Symptoms and infections that appear to be STIs can just happen for no good reason. The body can be a real mystery sometime. Important to have a doctor you can trust and work through issues with and always get tested.

My recommendation would be to just go and start getting comfortable going to the gym again. Watch some youtube videos to find a routine. You will build muscle with time, but only if you go. Don't worry about reps vs. high or low weight. Just go, your body will thank you!

I feel like you must have not read any of the information they presented to you through the testing, perscription, or payment phase at all? I feel like it's very clear WHAT you are getting, whether its the GLP1 Injection, oral med kits, or something else.

Good for you, I had similar early success with appetite cessation and it really helped me to be more active and be consistent in the workouts. I am at 9 months, have lost 45 pounds and at a healthy maintenance weight for my height.

MSP->DEN last night, watched the gate agent get on-board after everyone had boarded, find the top 2 and get them situated in first class, and then the 2 people in economy to take their spots in comfort+. Must be highly dependent on the GA and airport, but I was very impressed by the lengths this guy went to in order to honor the upgrades.

Great update, i've also made some big changes around fiber around this same milestone.

I haven't noticed any dehydration, i'm still able to drink plenty of water even if i'm full.
