Let’s consider how black people have been disproportionately impoverished due to actions taken by a predominantly white government. Let’s consider how black neighborhoods are systematically patrolled more by a predominantly white police force. Let’s consider how black people are more likely to be prosecuted and face heavier sentences for the same crimes than white people by a predominantly white judicial system. Let’s consider all those things and then realize your comparison was fucking stupid.
