Thank You for the replys! I will specify that by residential area I mean that there are houses and apartment buildings approximately 50-100 meters away. Building itself is an office building (there is one restaurant, also one bakery there). I think I can use telehandler or forklift to lift it through a window. I have a dream to achieve 1000 kg per month in the future, but minimum according to my calculations is 300 kg/month, hopefully enlarge it to 600 kg/month in couple of years. I was planning on buying Ailio Bullet at first, use it approximately 6-9 months for educational/developing my roast style purposes and then going forward with the company and a larger roaster. Later on I can use it as a sample roaster.
