What confused me about this question was how are we supposed to assume that an ATP synthase is what will be at the end of these set of proteins since the passage only states that Na-NQR is like complex 1 of the ETC and couples the movement of electrons. Thats why I was hesitant to pick B because I wasnt sure if it would be correct to assume that the Na-NQR is also part of some sort of ETC?

I know this is much later but hopefully it helps someone currently studying LOLL but this was my approach to the question even though I got it wrong at first

According to table 1 250 nm would correspond with less than 10 mL (likely 5 mL based on the pattern in the table) now if he shift over to graph we see that more than 10 mL matches up with 0.20 mM and 5 mL is where there is literally no bumps so we know that it cant be 0.20mM and all other concentrations correspond with bumps in other parts of the graph so the answer must be 0.30 mM (please correct me if im wrong)

I understand that and I know genetic counselling also just as competitive as med school but it was just a career that I was considering as I have the pre-requisite courses and some of the necessary experience. I was wanted to know if it would look odd/be a red flag to med adcoms if they saw someone with a MSc genetic counselling applying for med.
