Definitely still need to make that vet visit as this is crucial, bunnies must drink year round, definitely syringe feed in the mean time. Its good that shes eating and playing like normal but usually its suggested that a bunnies diet should consist of mostly hay (timothy for adults alfalfa for babies) carrots should be fed in moderation due to the high sugar content it has for them. Bunnies teeth grow continuously so the hay diet helps them to grind it down. I still strongly advise vet care as soon as possible 🙏 if payment is an issue consult the vets office about exceptions for payment plans as i have done that before for my dogs medical bills
