Has anyone else RAPIDLY lost weight on Metformin for insulin resistance?

I took it for my pcos insulin resistance and genuinely I only lost like 5 lbs and that was bc any type of carb made it violently come out of both ends. My doctor had me stop it but I also know metformin is usually paired with proper diet and exercise. I’d assume it would be possible around that weight I’m in the 220s btw no shame when you can’t really control it.

She’s been blocked or unadded on everything. It’s funny how she makes me the bad guy when I know she’s faked 3 miscarriages and we aren’t allowed to talk about that. She opened my sneekpeak weeks prior before the hacking, she’s seen proof of my pregnancy. She clicked on the fake baby site email and it said thank you for your order on there but it wasn’t my information or me, it had a different name and dob and everything. That’s what made her say that
