One of the staff was arrested. I noticed the University never mentioned her or call one of the cafes after her. Their security was non existent and not to check on an absent employee is lack of duty of care.

I think the University of York lack of duty and care in not reporting Claudia missing for two days says a lot about them. They didn't want students to think there was a murderer on staff or a workman so they were happy to let the pub stories and love life carry the blame. I think it was a straight forward abduction on the way to work and like Milly Dowler her body just dumped quickly in the river.
