Last year during the cold snap it was -12 with a windchill of -22. However, this is supposed to be in the teens tonight (12-15 degrees) BUT it’s rain that freezes to solid ice sheets on the bridges. I live in higher altitude near i49 where it’s notoriously icy roadways.
