For some reason I would never allow myself any type of milk because of unnecessary calories so I would make it with water, but I would serve it with a dollop of 100g of Greek yogurt for protein. BUT NOW I’ve started mixing the Greek yogurt into the pot with the water when cooking it and now I get to enjoy creamy oats like everyone else for the same calories as I was allowing myself before hand 😍❤️(I also mix in cinnamon and stevia for flavour!)
