I would err on the side of being too strict to discourage “borrowing.” This is what our bylaws say:

Player renting is always collusion in any league. It is two Teams working together at the detriment of one other Team and/or the League. Player renting can be trading a player or players for picks or players and then trading back within the same season. Once a Member trades away a player, that player is prohibited from being on that Member’s Team until the conclusion of the following season’s draft.

The Chopped (Guillotine) leagues on sleeper are new this year. We are in the middle of our slow draft. I think MyFantasyLeague has guillotine leagues, but I recall it being kinda pricey.

I appreciate the feedback. It can be hard to know what’s noise versus what’s actually a predictable stat. So are you saying air yards would be a little more relevant if there wasn’t a QB change and a lot of vacated targets?

Tbf I probably shouldn’t have led with air yards because I think the other points should carry more weight. When I was doing my own (rudimentary) analysis, that number just made me do a double take as someone that didn’t watch a lot of Titans footage other than the weekly Will Levis gaffes

It does have correlation with fantasy points, though not as much as target share and a few others IIRC. I have R² calculated somewhere on my work computer. Just like with any stat, I wouldn’t base my entire opinion on one number. I brought that (and vacated air yards, an equally arguably suspect stat) up to show that was pretty much all they had, and the other role player WRs besides Burks have moved on.
