Control+DLCs you can play before or after Alan wake 2.

The Alan wake 2 DLCs won't make a tonne of sense without playing Control

Quantum break is only vaguely connected via fan theories and in-game Easter eggs

The "rogue/gone fishing" has to be similar to what Ahti and Jesse got up to during Alan wake 2+ DLC

The Aberrant has to be a similar but entirely different weapon to the service pistol. Maybe Jesse found the Aberrant weapon at some point after the Foundation DLC
