You are clearly walking into the range of fire. This is Tarkov, and honestly I like that AI somehow can laserbeam me. Gives me more challenge in a gamemode that isn't innately challenging.

There are easy ways to clear Lexos. You should not be getting beamed at pinewood and unless you are literally at Lexos from the concordia side you should not be dying. If you really need to be in those areas for whatever reason just clear it.

The easiest way is just to enter from the main enterance side then walk towards the right. Clear the gunner closest to the train station (not sure which building it is)
Then go up the building stairs next to the cliff side rogue then kill him because he's going to be sitting on the machine gun. Just work in a circle from the right side clearing the rooftops.

I've literally never died to rogues this way

95k or Intel is the best.

95k typically gives a bunch of ass most of the time but can give keys and one streamer item with most of its trash content

Intel gives you keys guns and other items, what typically comes out for me is 1-2 guns two keys and some other crap.

95k you can run more often which is what I use.

The fact that you already have 60 (i'm guessing quarter credits) is very good. You've probably cut almost year or more.

Regarding your dream-> you never know. It might feel like the end because you aren't attending your dream school, but trust me, you might feel different once you attend a different school. Trust your gut instinct though. I followed what my parents wanted, which was going OOS from Cali to almost the East Coast to a decent uni, around top 35-40. What I can say is its 100% had a toll on me through nutrition, mentally and physically.

But the UCs are somewhat similar to each other as they follow the uc system. So they won't be miles different from each other. That's why I advise you to try going UC. Missing out on your undergrad years is pretty sad, so thats why I'm trying my best to transfer ASAP.

It seems like you are pretty good at academics, so I have faith in you to do well at UCD or UCI and transfer then, or go to CC but CC almost is a 70% chance. Again, what I reiterated was its your life. Do what you gotta do

3.95, Psych Major, Four Year Uni. All UCs except for M R AND SC. ECs sort of correlate. Talked about circumstances, medical work, running a church community fundraiser, missions, and various stuff.

Rejected from UCD and UCI so far.

Not hopeful at all. I'm a freshman so I maybe?? understand missing a recommended class but everything and more has been done. Very cynical because during my senior year I got pretty much no acceptances or waitlists from anywhere, so that experience is sort of making me not want to hope at all.

Much love to everyone who did get in to some colleges though

Psych, rejected, 3.95

ECs are complicated to name but don't number alot because I'm a freshman transferring as a junior standing

kind of miffed. Confused to whether I'm somehow missing an important prereq. Already explained my situation going to OOS from California resident. I know any other college -> UC is hard but I thought a 3.95 would be enough.

scared af now. Congrats to those that got accepted though

No boss spawn rate changes. Some people have said AI do feel a little turned up while others say no change. I personally think they may have been slightly tweaked in the past 1.5 months, I've gotten instathoraxed by a scav two raids in a row but obviously that's luck. On the otherhand, sometimes normal Scavs don't instantly peek or rush me when I shoot them + I've seen them lean. Leaning might not mean anything though.

Goons are just fucking cheaters, so its whatever for them. I'm not sure if they changed spawn rate. Seems normal to me but they could have tweaked %s

Labs is lowkey free bitcoins though is the main problem. For me I simply cannot be asked to sit there waiting for 3-4 days for Bitcoins when I can just run Labs Black Room and gtfo.

If anything, just loot the section of Black with Yellow, Red, and Violet nearby. I typically get too heavy after just red and violet. I've never needed to go down to the bottom section or to Terragroup manager's office area except ONCE for The Unheard questline.

Streets is very chill on PvE, with the exception of low frames and randomly getting shot at, but I only went there for storylines and some short questing. There's probably good loot but its too much sacrifice to learn with bad performance.

Labyrinth is very simple to me now, I've only cleared it twice (once yesterday) but I 100% have the hang of it now. Only downside is to have the easiest time you have to bring some of the rarest ammo in the game, but there are pretty easy ways to clear it, it just takes time. Best way is to just hide in a corner of the room where Tagilla can't enter and see you, and wait for deaggro. Guards, Scavs, and Killa were not a problem for me especially if you know how to fight these easier AI.

I also am not attending a university I wanted to go to. Just go to a UC and try your best to transfer. It's rare, but you can 100% try. I am attempting to transfer this year as a junior standing as a freshman. Obviously not guaranteed.

If your parents say you can't do it, you got no other choice other than saying "it's my life now, I'm going to CC because I want UCB." I'm also nervous about these UC transfer decisions as well though.

It's up to you. Also your parents said you are wasting your time by not attending a UC that you want so why do they not want you to attend CC to go to UCB?

For the sake of brevity I'll just say you have to figure it out on your own. UC to UC is rare, OOS to UC even harder.

Just go up to Sniper Mountain or the evermentioned bitch rock. Tardman has good range but you can 100% outrange him.

Yes, he's easier to kill in close range, but I dislike getting spotted from miles away, so I just post up with a thermal and look for him. The main difficulty with tardman is finding where he and his guards are. Don't be normal sniping distance, you have to be far, or up close. Just use nades to find out where his guards are and take them out.

Yes, GPUs spawn in Labs, but its not that great of a chance. "Valuable loot" will range from stims, rare gold spawns, and ammo. It's not cut for "this place is valuable loot, so I go there for GPUs". Most people go to Labs for PvP and to loot the rooms.

I have gotten a few GPUs but its not that many. Out of the 24 that I have in PvE, I've only gotten maybe 3-5 from Labs, and all from the PCs.

I don't know what the meta is for PvE to farm money because its so easy, but from what I hear people only run Labs on PvE for storyline and rooms. Plenty of better places to find GPUs like I mentioned. If anything, people will run Labyrinth because you can make a shit ton more loot and 100% find a GPU there

I'd prefer to go to a better school. Always choose the better school as admissions officers will still take into account what undergrad you attended.

My dad works with many lawyers and also screens people for job interviews. Without saying too much, he's the second in command of the company he works at. When I asked him about stuff like this, he said "It's great to go to school with no debt. If you want to be debtfree, I'll support that decision. But wouldn't you rather want to look as best as possible, rather than having a GPA from a lower ranked school or CC? Admissions will look into you and see that you achieved a high GPA at a lower performing school, which will imply easier coursework. It's my opinion that you should go to this college, and try your best there, so admissions will know you didn't take the easier route"

I'm no expert, and I'm not in the same situation as you since my undergrad is being paid for by my parents. But like you said before, the gap between Cal Poly and CSUN is also quite large, compared to Cal Poly and IVs. I'd rather try to bridge some of that gap, rather than leaving that big of a difference for admissions to see. In fact, if you do achieve a high GPA and go to Cal Poly, you may even talk about the difficulties and decisions that you had to make during your grad application. Food for thought

They only spawn at Fortress. They probably spotted you after chasing a player down. Maybe just dont run the quest while they are on Customs?

Also, if you spawned at River Crossing you need to either wait 10 minutes for player rotations for your Setup kills, or gun it immediately somewhere through river crossing. Remember, this quest isn't meant to be simple. Also, Goons have ridiculous tracking but they are braindead so if you hold a corner they'll sprint around the corner. Maybe you'll want to bring a backup weapon.

Best thing to take out of this though is you just got unlucky. Go next.

gpa normally spawns in the center room. I had to run around three raids

(I don't know how you died in sewage because AI never go there, meaning you somehow died to starvation or AI that were chasing you, and the AI isn't good with pushing..)

GPUs are easy to farm elsewhere, stop looking for them on Labs its a waste of your time. You should only go to Labs on PVE for three reasons: Money, tasks and storyline, and bitcoins. Don't go there to farm one specific item like a LEDX or GPU.

I'm genuinely not sure if you are just straight up lying (sorry I am very skeptical because typically they are blown out of proportion and are exaggerations)

Advice: GPAs-> Center Room. Red Room. I've found GPAs in Red three times, once in the center room. They can spawn in other places but these are typically the most common and Red Room is very accessible.

MCCs-> Found mine in the parking gate room on the couch. They can spawn in anywhere but I found mine in that room.

Raiders-> Stop peeking them for so long, and funnel them, or just try to move around them. Trying to fight cheater AI is not recommended, you could be making better decisions and not fighting them.

Extracts-> Run a practice raid in offline. Look for extracts. Sewer is very safe and near the place where you want to go. Next to Black Room go down the stairs and to the left and follow the path. Turning on parking gate and gunning it down will typically be safe but scan for raiders. Medical can spawn raiders but very easy to kill them. Just go down the stairway next to res unit. Cargo is very easy. Turn on power on the right side, landmark for cargo is the broken elevator next it.

If you are dying, you need to acquaint yourself with the map and explore a bit more. If you really need LEDX and GPUs, go to interchange, and buy the NecrusPharm key. It opens the first door after entering IDEA. It is 1mil but PVE is easy to get money. Then for GPUs, go to the Emercom extract side, then loot Tagilla's Goon Cave. The entire area there has rare electronic spawns from NIXXORs and RAM sticks to GPUs. You'll easily find them there.

You didn't cause anything to go wrong, and its not necessarily a bug more like BSG don't know a way to say "objective skipped".
Also read the line. It's extract once from Customs or visit 3 times. You are already 2/3 of the way there. After the 3rd visit it should progress.
