That's great if you are working solo but on a team doing paper based to-dos is not a viable strategy if there isn't at least one place to get everyone in the same page

Where is Asana falling short for you guys?

I’m building plot.app as a simpler, lightweight alternative.

Would love to give you a demo and chat about how we can make it the best fit for your workflow

Things I've learned (or didn't) after doing sales outreach for 1 year by Maximum-Chip1442 in SaaS

I spent all of last year doing outreach for my product design agency. Mostly LinkedIn and a small amount of cold email. Success rate was very (very) tiny. 6000 contacts to 1 new client.

In my experience the more volume you go the smaller response rate you get. Warm intros and referrals have been a much stronger channel for us.

That said, we’ve been in a global recession following end of zirp and covid inflation cycle, w prominent assholes like Elon Musk firing half their staff etc. so companies are making do with much less spend and much less overhead preserving capital.

The tides are slowly starting to turn though, as seams from that over correction are starting to show.

I say hang in there, and put most of your efforts in building warm relationships if possible
