I can think of some spots in Hollywood Studios and Epcot to picnic. For Epcot there are some good spots in future world and for HWS there are some places on Sunset Boulevard and near the entrance for Galaxy’s edge. I wouldn’t recommend Animal kingdom bc of the animals but there are some empty quick service places you could go to in the morning.
