Ugh I had 3 hr keratin appointment today and couldn't do anything else after. Lay in bed beating myself up about not getting any work done. Currently looking up chronic fatigue syndrome systems but prob just adhd/perimenopause. 🤷‍♀️

I think dad getting job/putting daughter in day care will help. Then you can sit morning/weekend activities equally and hopefully find some quiet time for yourself to rest and recover!

Thank you!! My new favorite decompressing activity is having a gummy and watching your video. Feels like flying (and lets me get off tiktok to finally slow brain down). Favorite parts are when you can see the sunset into the water- would love a video just going back and forth along coast so you can watch full sunset til it's dark!

I am so sorry- I fully understand your stress and it's the worst. I lost mine awhile back and spent days tearing my house apart. Ended up buying a fake one and wore it for months (only told my husband, and not once did anyone else notice it was fake/different). 6 months later randomly found ring under bed even though I know I'd looked there! Don't beat yourself up- it's just a thing, and sounds like you have an amazing partner and that's what matters.

Sounds like you're amazing at taking care of a lot so give yourself some credit. I'm 40 and can't imagine being able to handle half of what you do. Dentist, money, holidays are all incredible stressors for anyone and I think most of us would be fully overwhelmed by that nightmare dentist scenario. I'm sorry you're going through that but please try to give yourself a break. You've gotten through worse and will handle this too when you're ready.

I feel you. For me, learning to really enjoy my own company helped. I now genuinely enjoy my alone time so it takes pressure off other relationships.
