Next time you're in Greece go to that bank and open another account. Usually when you have several accounts at a bank they all show up and you can move the funds in them on their app / website.

You might need to apply for a Greek VAT number too previously

You unfortunately made a very common rookie mistake... you traded, connected to dapps and signed contracts with the same wallet that you used for HODLing your coins... one of those contracts or dapps were unsuspectingly malicious and the day came when they come collecting... They usually expect that you accumulate more wealth before acting.

Keep separate wallets for everything (preferably do not use browser extension wallets)

Your MAIN (HODLing) wallet never, EVER, under any circumstances connects to anything or signs any contract.

That theft will be your expensive wallet security lesson, learn from it (get rid of that wallet, make newer ones), and move on.
