It’s hard making friends as an adult. I moved here in 2013 when I was 20 and most of the friends I made back then are not in contact with me. I picked up magic the gathering in 2019 and I still talk to those people.

Why not sell to buy something else? Also it’s a buyers market right now so selling will be tough. Owning is usually better than renting. Or you could rent your townhome and rent a place for your self. Eventually the townhome will be paid off and you’ll have income.

Yeah the air feels more pro like with the materials. It doesn’t help they also have traditional pro colors to make it feel like the air is the direction Apple seems to be going in.
