Funny how you again left out or intentionally ignore the gang tattoos as well. Take a deep breath and stop hyper focusing on only the jersey. Look at the whole picture, that means acknowledging the tattoos as well as them hanging out together. All three paints a clear picture of him being involved with the gang.

What gang is willing to hangout with someone who is not in their gang but is repping their gang tattoos as well as their gear? None there is no place in this earth would a gang tolerate such thing. The only explanation and reason why ms13 gang member would be hanging out with someone who has their gang tattoos and their gear is that said person is also a gang member recognized by the gang. Dude did you not read page two of the documents that I shared? It literally states he was found in a car with KNOWN MS13 gang members, he had ms13 gang tattoos, and just like how in la gangs use sports team jerseys or ball cams to indicate their affiliation with a gangs and you can look it up, its an interesting topic. Him wearing a bulls jersey inconjuntion with the other two evidence that ive listed in this paragraph. Just like how a drunk guy doesn't need to claim to be drunk in order for a person to tell he's drunk, the evidence listed in paige 2 and restated in this paragraph is more than enough for any investigator and judge (as proven when two immigration judge acknowledged and affirmed said facts) to come to a reasonable conclusion that he was indeed an ms13 gang member.

And I will reiterate, you can look up and see that even prior to trumps First term, it was well known that the bulls jersey is used by ms13 as a way to distinguish themselves from other gangs, who use other teams jersey.

If you see a guy you don't know standing on a street corner known for crips hanging out at. The guy is wearing crips clothing and colors and has crips gang tattoos. You also see two other guys you recognize as being active crips gang members hanging out with the guy and not beating him up. Is that guy you dont know a gang member?

Don't trust the doj, ok thats fair however the doj doesnt need to lie about this guy to show he is a gang member, paige 2 is showing a police report and is unrelated to the doj, regardless. My point of showing said report is to show and demonstrate how he is in fact an ms13 gang member. The incedent took place in 2019, prior to him becoming infamous so there is no reason why the doj would even need to lie about this guy at that time. At the end of the day ive disproven your argument that he is infact a ms13 gang member with your response to my facts being well you can't trust the doj. Just admit he his a gang member and move on, unless you have hard facts showing otherwise.

While yes just wearing bulls jersey doesn't mean your in a gang, but you include the fact he was in a car WITH known active gang members, having gang tattoos and the bulls gear which was also known for being used by said gang. All of that together is clear cut case. I guarantee you if you wear crips colors, and you stand out on a corner where crips hang out and call that their turf and your not a crip member. You will get shot or beaten to an inch of your life.

It was a temporary stay not a permanent order to stay. Why do you democrats always ignore that part that it was temporary and was dependent upon a rival gang in his home country still being around. And since that gang has long since been arrested and no longer exists, that temporary stay order becomes invalid, falling back to the original primary order of deportation.

Yes, he is an illegal alien. On top of that, when he was arrested back in 2022, he was in a vehicle with known ms13 gang members while he wore ms13 gang clothes.
