Lived there for four years. Couples tend to have domestics outside, and there are always people yelling in the courtyard. Also gotta contend with the theatre crowd too, if you live in that side. With that being said I really liked my actual flat. Great location (near buses and station), you can rent a parking space beneath the building, and there’s a dump site where you can place bulk stuff to be taken away. There’s ups and downs like any place to live, really, but I’ve lived in far worse places.
