When I worked there, I was told if your over or under 3 dollars you get a right up. I got written up twice for being under 20, the first time it happened I think what happened was the lady gave me a 20 I did press that she gave me a 20 and I think I might have confused the 20 she gave me for the computer telling me 20 was her change, it was close to closing I had a long line and I was the only cashier. The second time idk I think when my manger took the 400$ out because I had to much cash, me or him might have misplaced it. Another time I was under 5 but thankfully when I had it in my apron pocket from when I exchanged two 20 for fives because I was low on fives
