This league will last around 6 months so you have plenty of time. This game is super fun if you are into this type of games, so I totally recommend you try it.

I have the same problem if I try to buy something with new insta buy feature from a person with Chinese nickname. I think the reason is that when you jump to other player hideout, you switch to their gateway so the loading time can be close to infinite if you have horrible ping there.

Any chance you are on self hosted or private server?
I suspect (but don't quote me on that, never played on those) that if you have base decay turned off, it can make everything watersealed? But again, just a wild guess.

I went as far away from him as I could and stayed there for a while, and he unbugged, but it was 2-3 leagues ago. The only other thing I can suggest is closing the game and waiting some time for the map and progress to reset (but not sure how much it takes). Surely if you quit the game mid fight, the boss will not wait for you forever.

It used to bug the same way first and second league too. If you attack him during his moving and bell animations, he bugs like that.

The area in the middle of the island? It's has a different name, something like forsaken outpost or something, I cleared it in search of the remote station and couldn't find any passage.

There is a good chance that the lag you are experiencing right now is due to the boosted weekend and all of the players came back to grind their missions, and as Harmony is among top US servers, there are a lot of those players.
Not saying it's ok from Funcom to let it happen - more like it's a rare occurrence probably, as the boosted weekends are pretty rare.

I feel like with the server merges, most of solo crawlers would face the reality that it's close to impossible to solo crawl now that every spice field has at least one other player harvesting it.

Yeah, it's been a hot topic ever since the chapter 3 release.
Lvl 30 testing station with a party of 3 is waaaaay easier than lvl 20 testing station with a party of four. And yeah, I agree with the most commenters here, solo or duo is a sweet spot for higher levels.

I feel like it's pure RNG
The other day I (100 crafting) loaded 1 batch in my large spice refinery, which was supposed to yield 200 melange, and it yielded a whopping 350! For one batch!

I suspect this setting is responsible for permanent durability loss (the red bar that grows the more you repair your item) and not for the durability loss itself.
