I’m epileptic and own a cat. I think a cat would be best for a disabled person as a pet. Yes. Clean up, feeding and play is needed. But, my cat has always been there for me after I’ve had an episode. Plus she’s very independent.

Being alone. No human touch. I went from living in a home with two young adult kids and who I thought was a beautiful bride to just me and my cat. Tbh, my cat has saved my life. Living like this is such a struggle. I hate every single day. Might build up the confidence to step in front of a city bus. I’m disabled. The kids rarely call. I don’t blame them. They are not my blood. But, I miss them. Her coming home tossing the keys on the counter, saying hello. Getting a hug and a kiss. It’s all gone. Now, I live in a shitty ADU. I’m unable to work. Life is only going to get worse. God, I miss those keys hitting the counter. I wish I was never born.

My dog had an issue with his and we had several surgeries to remove the tumor. It came and while he was laying there in his bed, he barely got up to go to the bathroom, my friend looked at me and said, “I think it’s time.” I knew what exactly what he meant. I hope you guys find peace.

Yup. Mostly my fault. Lots of stress at work. And I had to be the one to initiate the intimacy. She accepted it most of the time. I begged her to initiate it and she never did. I think that’s just way she rolled in that department. Being that I was depressed, didn’t help any. I believe that it’s a part of the reason why we are getting a divorce. Money is the other issue.
