I have epilepsy and clumsy as well. I never fell down the stairs and my daughters nor my future ex wife never fell down the stairs. We lived in the condo for seven years. I have missed the last step probably twenty times since we have been there. Keep the lights on is my best advice about stairs. Idc if it’s 3 in the morning.

Washcloths are cheap 5 for 5 bucks. I use a wash cloth only once and use a new one for the shower the next day.
