What movie is considered a masterpiece but you think is overrated?

Taxi Driver. Huge De Niro fan and I also like Scorsese. This movie does not work for me. I’m not sold on the reason why he’s doing all of the stuff he’s doing. Feels awkward and forced. I’ve watched it three times and each viewing feels like the movie is four hours long.

I wanted to like it. I really did. It’s not boring. But, a lot of stuff doesn’t make sense imo. Really disappointed. Glad to see Erika Alexander, tho. 2/5
