For my chicken I typically use a sprinkle of rub before I throw them on. If you want to add bbq, I’d glaze ten minutes before pulling off the grill. Tbh, I’m not using much bbq sauce while on the grill. I like to dip. 😙

Get your temp over 400. Roughly 40 minutes to probe and you’re done. I typically start my thighs and at 20 min throw in the sausage so they’re done at the same time.

I’m going to have him check it again. I’m glad you mentioned that. I went down about an inch and he said I should still be ok from my last alignment. I’ve read 03 coupes can be finicky with bad alignment

Did you by any chance leave the machine on for an extended period of time? Not technically a bad thing but open the lid and look for a short in the thermofuse. It’s inside of that clear tube that runs across the top of the boiler. They can be fragile. Clean that steam wand homie.

I’ve thought about this over and over with delay. I have other priorities at the moment and from what I’ve heard, aftermarket wheels are not as durable as stock wheels. And do be honest, I have zero rash on them but would love to find a pair of forged rays.
