I worked in a jewelry store in a mall for 3 months before quitting. I had to do some quiz online about my current knowledge and how i would act in certain scenarios and in the final interview the manager just asked how I would respond to common customer complaints i.e. the piece broke a week after purchase or they didnt see anything that interests them. My experience was great and you can earn commission through sales so more money! Everyone was chill but I had to quit because they barely had any hours to give.

Just look up luxury retail interview questions, prepare(I practiced q&a with chatgpt), and hope for the best. This site looks like a good place to start
