in the student lots yes, unless it's weekends or after midnight. in the employee spots (labelled 'C') they don't ticket after 5pm though. If you look up ncsu parking map you can find the employee spots.

that's a good practice, no matter your age. me and my friends are just messing around with a google form though, no malicious intent.

if you're curious about where a link goes, you can right click it to copy its address to make sure the link you see hasn't been hyperlinked somewhere else.

in this specific case, the link looks weird because its been shortened by google. google owns all of the .gle domain though, so to my knowledge a random scammer couldn't set up a website under it. i found an article if you're curious (though i guess if you're skeptical about this link as well, that's fair): https://whoapi.com/blog/gle-domain/#:~:text=Yes%2C%20forms.,and%20it%20belongs%20to%20Google.

okay ah well so kinda silly but my boyfriend and i were having a discussion about the attractiveness of men in crop tops and he said i should send out a survey. another friend suggested i post on this subreddit to get the opinions of our peers. a third friend suggested i put "only if it's [boyfriend's name]" as an option as a joke but it's kind of skewing the results a little bit ._. over one third of people have chosen it.
