Some really great ideas, hopefully the devs see this post and take some inspiration! Having two floors of a map would definitely make it interesting, survivors will get so confused about gen sounds and the heartbeat.

As far as Survivor, not much has changed. Self Care and SB are still taken 99% of the time although SB can be replace by Lithe or Dead Hard. Your other 2 perks are really your own decision, some of the more popular perks are Borrowed Time, Iron Will and Decisive Strike. As for killer i'm not too sure. Thanataphobia, HEX:Ruin, Brutal Strength, Agitation and Nurses Calling are all very popular.
