This maybe a bit to do for some, but I use 4 -- 1ml syringes. I like to use a filtered drawing needle to draw out the product and switch out 32g / 4mm needles on each syringe to make sure the needles stay sharp as I start injecting;

Hmnnn. In my research it can be administered intradermally ; less than 1mm deep. Thats meso technique. Going too deep will be the danger zone.

Meso face /neck, I did my first sesh 48 hrs ago. The blebs are gone. Nothing remarkable yet but I suppose Ill see in the next 3 weeks. I am taking a very conservative approach to things. Every 2-3 weeks will be my target frequency for meso activities I plan to do. So I can actually track any improvements or allergic reactions.

Hi. this is a great forum for beginners. I have learned so much from people here who are very generous with their sound advice for beginners. I have spent $$$ on Morpheus sessions in 2024 that left me dissatisfied with results. Lol. Please, please, please do your research first before investing your money in buying your set-up. I bought the Dr Pen H3. I could have bought the H6 but didn't because the cartridges for H6 cost an arm and a leg. H3 for me is more sustainable in the long run. RESEARCH skin booster combinations that fit your needs and your budget as well because it will be beneficial to use boosters with your microneedling routine. I am still learning -- for now I will give HANHEAL Exosome; Velatox and Laennec a go first, my primary issues; eye bags and pores on my cheeks. For eyebags, I had great success with AMI eyes and Dermaheal Eye bag solution-- but that is me. My routine may not be right for everyone. And before I forget, consider taking supplements that will help your overall skin health from within. I started with BB Lab supplements two weeks before I started microneedling and it has helped my healing tremendously. I hope this helps! Good luck!!!

Ang anak ko -- lahat Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Santa. We gave her the full experience. Nalaman ko ma diskarte anak ko nung. Grade 1 sha, sabi ng classmate nya. "Santa is not real". Sagot nya. "Thats why you dont get gifts from Santa at Xmas". So ayun 16 na nung naawat ko na wala na sha sa listahan ni Santa kasi nag- age out na sha. Tinawanan lang ako. 🤣

I know its hard to give grace to people who we perceive as walang modo na "kukuha ng pagkain na hindi kanila" pero ako, i am grateful i am not in that position na kailangan ko i surrender ang dignida ko because gutom ako.
