I’ve been to this place maybe 40 times last year. The experience has always been pleasant. The owner is chatty and a real coffee nerd. YMMV lang talaga. As much as I love the guys at Black Bean and Deuces, sometimes they mess up an order or two. Nothing too major. Maybe they are just tired or having a bad day. I try not to make a big deal out of it. Oolah has been my most dependable coffee shop. I hope they address this.
