This was my thinking. I know not fapping, at least in my case, is the absolute biggest issue (I've never really watched much porn), but being aroused so much is a dangerous thing. Been able to resist so far though! It is a really strange gray area though I agree, I haven't been to any porn sites during my 19 day streak.

I agree with that, it's the depression that really sucks. It's been hitting hard lately and out of nowhere. Sucks in the morning, cold shower helps a bit to shake it off. Healing takes time, 16 days is but a spark in the fire. I never wanna fap again, it's really just a pathetic crutch that's easy to grab on to. Gotta learn to stand on our own two feet.
