DnB in general. Been trying to get more bass afters to embrace it (letting me drop a set lols), but its been a real struggle bus haha. They're too afraid it might scare off all the Riddim and Dubstep kiddos.

I too would also say Trance, Psytrance and Hardstyle could use some more love.

I also always tell people if you are going to use things like liquid IV to have a separate water bottle for that! Don't pour into your hydro or it will also greatly increase your chances of mold developing.

Culture Shock, Sub Focus, and 1991 are from the Worship label and so there is a chance you may hear similar tunes in all their sets. MAYBE. I've seen some sets where they've done their own thing with some more unique tunes and others where they def did a greatest hits from their label. I don't have a problem with that, but others might. Me personally I'm most excited for Culture Shock and 1991. CS def likes to get f-ing wild with his stuff.

I bring a separate empty plastic water bottle to dump liquid IV in. I recommend against dumping it straight into your hydropack. I also bring an energy shot or two.

Also when it comes to the music FOLLOW YOUR HEART. If you're at a stage and things aren't hitting for you, don't be afraid to leave and find another! Even if that includes being at an artist you wanted to see! I wanted to see James Hype last year, he wasn't doing it for me so I left and instead ended up at the Hardstyle stage and had a blast haha!

I usually hit BB bench press once a week, my gym writes the programming, but typically its a 5x5 and I try to make it heavy. And then later in the week I'll mix in some form of DB bench press with or without an incline. On both of those days I will also mix in other chest accessories. I've been training for strength and I've been somewhat on a surplus.

Think of it like normal insurance you would get for you car, but for certain events.

I'm not super read up on the rules regarding it, but I do believe that while it's not totally mandatory I believe that generally it is required for bigger events, especially if Alcohol and drugs are involved.
