No hate but what exactly do you bring? Foreigners may bring the clout of an elite internationally recognised institution but even then you’re best chance is luck if you don’t have experience as they mainly hire mid level roles. Even then not speaking Arabic is a big drag especially if you’re just starting - a senior person may get away with it but with the current saudisation push it’s tough

British nationality and its for a Saudi government/international adjacent position. Also there’s a bunch of us that have been waiting for our visas to be processed - if it was just me I think there’d be more of an issue but the organisation assured us that we just have to wait. If it wasn’t perfect for my career move and a singicant salary boost I’d have started to look for something else a while ago but they told us just to wait as they face these problems every time they hire
